She understands that no matter how big or small, an investment property is often the biggest asset her client’s own. “I look after each property in my portfolio as if it were my own. I ensure we secure the best tenant possible & try to attain the best rental yield for my Landlords, and constantly monitor the Sales market to ensure I have the most up to date information to pass on to my Vendors” says Kirsty.
